This effect is positive or negative to me? If I had to start a routine of changing eating and going to the gym more I know that would be a positive effect, but what about the following? Day afternoon I can go to the gym every Tuesday and Thursday morning on Friday night or Saturday and Sunday. I am currently 140 pounds and my height is 5 meters approximately 2 inches. I am well proportioned, but I want a smaller waistline and thighs. It makes me depressed even seriously consider that SmartLipo but I've seen pictures of Tara Reid belly and it scared me. HELP!
